  2. We request you to select the scheme/plan/option you wish to transact.
  3. Please check all the details before confirming your transaction.
  4. For Purchase transaction, you will be directed to the designated bank registered under your folio for online payment.
  5. After you complete your payment, you will be redirected back to Mirae Asset Mutual Fund site with confirmation details. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to your registered email address.
  6. **NRI Investors - Please ensure that your source of funds is validated with us. We request all our esteemed investors to provide us with the copy of the bank pass book or a certificate from the banker after each online transaction evidencing that the amount for the said online transaction has been debited from your Non Resident Account. Please note that in case the source of funds through Non Domestic Account is not validated / provided, AMC will not be in a position to repatriate redemption proceeds. **Currently we are not accepting applications from U.S. Persons and Residents of Canada in any of the Schemes of the Fund. Please click here for complete details.
  7. Please ensure that the Know Your Customer (KYC) status is updated for all the holders under the folio. It is now mandatory for all investors with effect from 01st January 2011 irrespective of investment amount. Please click here for complete details on KYC.
  8. Further, with a view to enhance compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) norms under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and to mitigate the risks associated with acceptance of third party payment instruments/source (cheques, demand drafts, pay orders, online transfers etc.), Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) issued best practice guidelines on 'Risk mitigation process against third party cheques in mutual fund subscriptions'. Accordingly, with effect from November 15, 2010, we request all our esteemed online Investors to transact only through the designated bank account registered under the folio number. The first named applicant/ investor should be one of the account holders to the bank account debited for such electronic transfer of funds. All Investors are requested to make the net banking payment from their registered bank account. Mirae Asset Mutual Fund will endeavour to obtain the details of the bank account debited from the payment gateway service provider and match the same with the registered pay-in accounts. In case it is found that the payment is not made from a registered bank account or from an account not belonging to the first named unit holder, Mirae Asset Mutual Fund shall reject the transaction with due intimation to the investor.
  9. We request you to mention your 'Name' and 'Bank Account Number' in the Transaction Remarks at the time of validating / confirming the transaction. Also note, the NAV applicability will be based on the credit time of the funds received to the collection account and not the time at which your bank account was debited. If you encounter any technical snag due to slowness on the internet, expiry of the sessions OR due to other technical reasons either on the banks end or the website be it downtime, maintenance or declines; please call the customer care team at 1800 2090 777 or email at customercare@miraeasset.com, to confirm whether the transaction has been received.
